Class Descriptions

Fitness Hula

A variety of fun filled exercises to work the entire body all by using a weighted hoop.  Fantastic for upper body strength, tummy toning and all over body sculpting.  You don’t need to be able to hula to attend this class.

Stretch & Tone
Gentle stretching exercises to help improve flexibility and lengthen muscles. Toning exercise will help change the body shape and improve muscle tone. Relaxation will help to ease stress and leave you feelng revitalised.


Ultimate Body Conditioning
Class incorporates the Gliding Discs for an even deeper workout targeting Legs, Bums, Tums and Upperbody areas that need attention. A challenging class for all fitness levels.


MMA Training
4 Week Course to be booked
Class consists of fitness & stamina building then onto some mixed martial arts techniques including boxing, jui jitsu, grappling, sparring & many more. . . You've seen the UFC Champions do it so come along and learn the skills for yourself


Legs,Tums, Bums & Balls

With Nathan this class is designed to tone up these areas by using a stability ball.


Burn, Tone & Stretch

Class starts with a high impact aerobic section to burn calories and improve your heart & lungs, then its onto some serious toning exercises for the whole body. Finally we finish with a series of stretches to lengthen muscles and improve flexibility.
(Class uses light weights or dyna bands which are supplied)


Brazilian Ju Jitsu

Circuit Training & Boxing Circuit
Class must be booked in advance. A series of exercises worked as a group.  Different stations for specific exercises.  (Circuit Class includes weights) (Boxing Fitness class includes gloves and pads, a hardcore class only for the brave)
